Karakteristik dan Preferensi Konsumen Beras Organik Di Kabupaten Luwu Timur (Studi Kasus Produsen Beras Organik Luwu Timur)
Abstrak
Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui preferensi konsumen beras organik di Kabupaten Luwu Timur. Penelitian dilaksanakan pada November 2023 sampai dengan Januari 2024. Kriteria responden yang dipilih yaitu warga wilayah Kabupaten Luwu Timur dan konsumen beras organik di beberapa daerah di Luwu Timur. Adapun jumlah sampel yang terpilih berjumlah 40 orang konsumen beras organik. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa secara parsial terdapat 4 variabel dari 8 variabel bebas yang memiliki pengaruh terhadap keputusan pembelian beras organik di Kabupaten Luwu Timur, antara lain yaitu Beras Pulen (X1), Daya Tahan (X3), Harga (X5) dan Jarak (X7). Kemasan dan residu tidak berpengaruh terhadap preferensi konsumen beras organik. Demikian juga stok beras juga tidak berpengaruh karena Kabupaten Luwu Timur mampu menyediakan beras organik untuk memenuhi permintaan pasar.
